Measurements are in inches. Measurements shown reflect size of the vest. To measure for circumference, lift arms slightly and measure around the chest.

- Includes 2.5 lbs. of weights: two 1/4 lb. weights for shoulders, two 1/2 lb. weights and four 1/4 lb. weights
- Vest: 93% cotton and 7% spandex Buttons: Copper, nickel alloy Hook-n-loop closures: 100% polyester
- To wash, remove weights. Adhere all closures. Machine wash cold gentle. Dry low.
- Removable weights: 100% cotton. Weights are steel pellets. Surface wash. Air dry.
