Aviva Weiss launched Fun and Function to empower kids with different abilities. As co-founder and CEO, she brings her expertise as an occupational therapist, innovative entrepreneur and dedicated mom.

Her leadership has guided the design of award-winning therapy products, calming clothing, and inclusive sensory rooms for all ages. Committed to evidence-based practice, Aviva and her team developed the ActiveMind program for schools, which improves focus and classroom behavior.

Prior to Fun and Function, Aviva worked as a therapist at leading institutions including Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. She earned her Masters in Occupational Therapy from The Richard Stockton College, graduating summa cum laude.
